  1. Welcome to The Tremors Demo!

  3. Web Masters and Site Designers no longer need programming or 
  4. animation skills to have the hottest interactive website content!  
  5. The Tremors CD contains a broad collection of over 250 high 
  6. quality, low file-size Shockwave animations, most of which are 
  7. interactive and smaller than standard webpage graphics.

  9. The Demo Version contains a sample of eight fully functional 
  10. Tremors, ready to add to your website.  These samples are 
  11. to be used in accordance with the Tremors License Agreement
  12. (contained in the "license.txt" file in this directory).

  26. To run Tremors you need: an internet browser (Netscape 
  27. Navigator 3.0 recommended) and Macromedia's Shockwave 
  28. browser plug-in.
  29.  
  30. 1) If you don't already have Macromedia's Shockwave Plug-in 
  31.    for Director, download it free from 
  32.    "http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave" and
  33.    follow the instructions to install it in your web 
  34.    browser's plug-in folder.
  35.  
  36. 2) To use Tremors, double-click on the "start.htm" icon in
  37.    the "c:\windows\desktop\tremors" directory (i.e. your Desktop).
  38.    This will automatically open your internet browser and 
  39.    display the Tremors license page. Follow the on-screen 
  40.    instructions to add a Tremor to your site!

  44. The Tremors CD is a collection of over 250 pre-made animations 
  45. in Macromedia's Shockwave file format.  These shockwave files 
  46. are ready to be added instantly to your web page by cutting and 
  47. pasting one line into your HTML.

  49. Averaging 17KB in size, each Tremor has been designed to bring 
  50. life, entertainment and the latest technology to websites.  Simply 
  51. by copying and pasting, each Tremor can be easily added to a 
  52. website.  Ideal for those who either lack the expertise or time to 
  53. add animation and interactivity to their site, the Tremors CD is the 
  54. easy  answer to increasing a website's creativeness without the 
  55. expense of sophisticated development tools or training.

  57. How do I use Tremors?

  59. The Tremors CD navigation tool is HTML based, which means 
  60. that you use your internet browser to navigate through the 
  61. collection.  Tremors is compatible with Netscape's Navigator and 
  62. Microsoft's Internet Explorer browsers.

  64. Troubleshooting

  66.  ò  If the Tremors do not appear on the page, make sure that 
  67.     you have installed the Macromedia Shockwave Plug-in and 
  68.     allocated at least 10 MB of memory to your internet browser.

  70.     sure you follow the tutorial.
